Ingredients for potato salted cakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 water glass of yogurt
  • 1 water glass of olive oil
  • 3 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 package embossed dust
  • Half tea spoon black pepper
  • Half tea spoon cumin
  • Half tea spoon thyme
  • 1 sweet spoon salt

Potato salt cake preparation

  • Beat eggs in a large bowl for 5 minutes with a mixer. Add yoghurt and olive oil and continue to rumble. Add flour, baking soda, salt and spices and beat for a few more minutes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Cut the onion edible.
  • Add the onion and potatoes to the cake and mix. Transfer the mortar to the oiled square kiln tray. Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Take it out of the oven and serve it lightly, then slice it.
