Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper

  • 1/2 cup water hot water
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 5 potatoes

How is it prepared?

  1. Set the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Chop onion, carrot and green pepper cubes.

  3. Heat a large pan and add olive oil to the heated pan. Wait 2-3 minutes and add the onion. After turning slightly, add carrot, green pepper and garlic and cook well until the vegetables are soft.

  4. Add the ingredients when the vegetables soften.

  5. Add grated tomatoes and pepper salmon to the roast.

  6. Add salt, pepper, pepper and hot water.




  7. Add the last chopped parsley, cover the lid, and cook for 15 minutes.
