- 2 cups of coriander bulgur
- 1 water glass of hot water
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 onions
- 1 sweet spoon salt
- 1 sweet spoon chili pepper
- 1 sweet spoon tomato slice
- 1 egg
- 5-6 finely chopped parsley
- 1.5 cups of flour
If your bulge is not swollen enough, you can add as much hot water as 1/2 cup of water. Feed the broth slowly, and roast the at least 15 minutes, if you have time, in the fridge for 40 minutes.
How is it prepared?
Put bulguru in a container. Add hot water on top. Cover the vessel with a stretch film and leave it steak for 10-15 minutes.
Add the onions, parsley, potatoes, eggs and salads in turn. Mix with a spatula.
Mix the flour mixture gradually by kneading.
Take a ball from inside when the mixture is in consistency. Give your hands the shape of round meatballs.
Perform this process until all materials have run out.
Fold the corners on a cutting board covered with oily paper. Rest in the closet for about 15 minutes.
Take it out and fry it in hot oil.
Eat the excess oil and drain it.
You can squeeze lemon on it and serve it with your favorite sauces.
