Ingredients for risotto with mushroom risotto
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 250 g porcelain mushroom
- 2. 5 cups of chicken juice
- 1 cup of arborio rice

Preparation of risotto with porcini mushrooms
- Sauté onion sprinkle onion and garnish with olive oil until it is pink. Add porcini mushrooms that are thin and sit for 2-3 minutes.
