Materials for pongee recipe

For the dough

  • 1 cup warm lukewarm milk
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 2. 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 4 cups of flour

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation of ponchik

  • Take warm milk, yeast and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Wait until the yeast is completely melted. Add the remaining ingredients and knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Divide the yeast dough into two equal halves. Take the bezel onto the loom and open it round with the help of a roller. Cut 8 equal triangles from the circles. Into the triangles, put a pistachio paste as a sweet spoon, and wrap it in a strawberry-shaped sheep and a cigarette bokeh. Place the ponies on the oven tray with oily paper. In a preheated 190-degree oven, cook them for about 15 minutes until browned. Serve powdered sugar over them afterwards.
