If you want a clearer and smoother plum water, after the plums are boiled in water, just take the water and do not crush the plums with your hands, if necessary, pass the wire strainer 2-3 times to clarify the plum water. But in this case the taste will be less saturated because you have never received the pouch.
How is it prepared?
Wash the plums well and take a deep pot of whole with the seeds.
Add the powder sugar and water to the top and mix well and open the bottom of the oven.
Boil high until the plums soften and begin to disperse.
When the plums begin to dissolve, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, boil for 5 more minutes and close the gold.
Let it cool itself in the pan. After the cold, deeply squeeze the plum juice with a coarse or a large surah wire strainer.
Divide the remaining plums in the strainer with your hand and separate them from the cores and press them lightly so that a part of the lid passes through the strainer and mixes with the plum juice.
Your plum water is ready. After cooling in the fridge, serve with ice cubes and lemon slices.
