How to make?
In a bowl we put the water, yeast and sugar for the chocolate pizza and mix. Add salt and flour. When the dough is gathered in a ball, knead for 5 ‘on the counter.
Grease a bowl and put the dough to inflate in a warm place for 30 ‘. Open the dough in coarse-grained dough and put it in an oiled or floured baking pan that has warmed it.
Bake in a strong oven at 230 degrees C on the resistors for 20 ‘. The oven must be well preheated. Once the dough is ready, remove it on cutting board. Spread the hazelnut praline (meringue sauce), sprinkle with broken or whole biscuits and rub over the top of the milk.
