Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 150 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 30 grams of yeast
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 sweet sponge sugar
  • 4 – 4.5 cups of flour

    For inside:

  • 2 large onions
  • 350 grams ground beef
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon cumin

    For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk

Cooking Advice

You can change the shapes of your interior materials according to your taste as you can with cheese or spinach. You can taste the domestic spending using dessert ingredients. Instead of cooking in the oven, it is possible to serve it by cooking in deep oil.

How is it prepared?

    To prepare the dough:

  1. Transfer the flour into a deep bowl and open the middle part in the form of a pool.

  2. Grate the broth and take olive oil into a ceiling.

  3. Start roasting with onion and carrot.

  4. Add the ingredients in the sauce and cook with stirring. Add salt and spices from the quince after it is cooked. Rest at room temperature.
