  • 1/2 cup of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup green lentils
  • 1/2 cup marinated wheat
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 sweet spoon of tarhun otu
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

    For the above:

  • 1 tablespoon tarhun otu
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Key point

If you wet the chickpeas and wheat one night before, you can start cooking your soup without wasting time the next day. Wetting wheat with hot water will help you get better results.

How is it prepared?

  1. Pour the chickpeas and wheat you had wet one night before. Boil the chickpeas, wheat and green lentils separately until they soften in the dishes.

  2. Strike the water of all the boiled pulses and take a pot.

  3. Add 6 glasses of water to the top and open the bottom of the oven.

  4. Chop the onions and add to the pot. Blend this way until all the ingredients are boiled, stirring occasionally.

  5. While boiling your sausage, stir the butter in a small skillet, add the shiitake and tarhun sauce inside it and boil it well.

  6. Add the sauce you mix and the tarhun grass mixture you boiled into the soup that is boiling and boil it for about 5 minutes. Add salt and black pepper.
