- 1/2 cup of chickpeas

If you wet the chickpeas and wheat one night before, you can start cooking your soup without wasting time the next day. Wetting wheat with hot water will help you get better results.
How is it prepared?
Pour the chickpeas and wheat you had wet one night before. Boil the chickpeas, wheat and green lentils separately until they soften in the dishes.
