- 6 pieces of puff dough
- 4 peaches
- 1 sweet spoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
The peach is slightly tougher than the weight of the tart. If you want to be sweeter, you can increase the amount of sugar.
How is it prepared?
Solve the puff pastry at room temperature.
Then, place three on top of the greased paper and three downwards. Lightly open and assemble with the aid of a roller.
Draw a smaller rectangle without pushing too much with a knife from inside as a finger.
Chop the peaches in slices of medium thickness.
Get in a cabin. Add sugar and lemon juice on top.
One by one on top of the dough.
Apply egg yolks with the help of a brush to the sides of the dough.
Then, preheat the 180-degree oven to bloom milfoil dough and cook for about 15 minutes until slightly red.
Remove and slice and serve.
Dilersen can be served with ice cream, after which you can sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
