  • 6 pieces of puff dough
  • 4 peaches
  • 1 sweet spoon lemon juice

  • 1 egg yolk

Key point

The peach is slightly tougher than the weight of the tart. If you want to be sweeter, you can increase the amount of sugar.

How is it prepared?

  1. Solve the puff pastry at room temperature.
