Ingredients for peach parfait recipe

  • 8 peaches
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 3 glasses of peach peel
  • 200 g of powdered sugar
  • 60 ml of lemon juice
  • 425 ml cream

  • Maple syrup

Preparation of peach parfait

  • Chop the peaches in a cube and get them in a vat. Take two cups apart. Beat egg yolks with a mixer until creamy. Get the peaches in a medium size pot. Add the powdered sugar and lemon juice and mix. Boil it for about 3-4 minutes until it comes to sherbet consistency. Add the sherbet gradually to the egg yolks and beat for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the peach sprout and mix. Spread the biscuits on the rondodon and add the egg mixture. Take the cream into a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer. Add the cream slowly and mix it up. Add the peaches that you have cut out and transfer the mixture to a serving container. Cover it with a stretch film and stand in the freezer for one night. The next day, take it upside down on the service tray. Take a maple syrup and serve it by slicing.
