Ingredients for peach-berry recipe
- 1 kg peach
- 1 kg of powdered sugar
- 1 lemon juice
Preparation of peach jam
- Peel the peaches’ shells and remove the seeds. Slice it thin and take a deep pot. Add enough water to pass over the sugar and boil for 20 minutes. Wait a night for the peaches to pull the syrup thoroughly.
- The next day take the peaches out of the syrup and into another container. Boil the syrup until dark and add lemon juice and peaches. After 15 minutes of boiling, take it from the heat. Empty the kavanoza warmly and close the jar cover after it has cooled down.
