Patatopita With Leek


  • 3 large potatoes
  • 2 large leeks
  • 2 ml. P. Flour
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 2 ml. P. Melted butter
  • 500 ml fresh milk hot
  • 1 cup. grated gruyere
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper

How to make?

1. Peel the potatoes and boil for 15. Leave them for a while to cool, then cut into very thin slices. Peel and leeks and cut them too thinly.

2. In a small ovenproof greased pan place 1/3 of the potatoes. On top lay half leeks and sift flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little butter. Repeat the same layer and end with the last potatoes and the remaining butter.

3. Boil the milk and pour over the cake. Cover with foil and bake in a well-preheated oven at 180o C for 45.
