  • 3 eggs
  • 1,5 tea cup margarine (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 pack labelle cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 sweet spoon lemon rind rind
  • 2.5 – 3 cups of flour
  • 1 package baking powder

    For the above:

  • 1/4 piece of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Cooking Advice

You can also cook your cake in a rectangular or round cake.

How is it prepared?

  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar on top of it and start with a mixer.

  2. Continue beating by adding melted margarine and oil to the inside.

  3. Beat as well as you get a homogenous mixture by adding Labne cheese.

  4. Beat once more by adding vanilla, lemon rind, and baking soda.

  5. Then add the flour sifting gently and mix well with a spatula. Take care to add the flour in this step. Depending on the consistency it will take up to 2.5 – 3 cups of flour.

  6. Then transfer the waste to the lubricated cake cake. Cook for about 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Take it off and let it rest.

  7. Flip lemon juice and powder sugar over the cake. Then, slice it and eat it with pleasure.
