Pasticcio Souffle Of 5 Minute




Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp.. Oil
  • 150 g. minced beef meat
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 dust. garlic
  • 2 ml. P. Cognac
  • 1 cup. chopped tomatoes
  • a little parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 500 g. Butt macaroni
  • 250 g. slice
  • 250 g. gruyere
  • 1 tub of yoghurt
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 cups. milk
  • 2 c. water
  • little nutmeg
  • 1 ml. P. Butter (optional)

How to make?

In a pan pour olive oil and saute the minced meat. Add the carrot, onion and garlic. Mix and leave for 6 minutes. Pour cognac. Add the tomatoes. Salt and pepper and finally add a little parsley.

In a pan put the eggs, whisk and add the grated cheese, the Gruyere cheese, yogurt, milk, water, nutmeg, salt, pepper and a little butter. Mix well. Add the pasta and mince.
