- 1 package of macaroni pasta (500 gr)
- 2.5 liters of hot water (for baking macaroni)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 link fresh basil
- 50 grams of powdered parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
How is it prepared?
Put the macaroni in a deep-fried, salted and boiled water and cook for 10-12 minutes.
If the pasta comes to the tooth it is consistency and the inside is cooked.
Take it from the furnace and leave it to the strainer. While draining, squeeze the water of the pasta into another fisherman. In the last stage this water will work for us.
Pre-heat the pan or tanned oil and melt the butter.
Add garlic and saute it.
Add 1 bucket of pasta and add the pasta that you have filtered.
Add 1 bucket of macaroni and then add parmesan cheese and mix.
In the end, add the crushed or leaf-shaped basil into the pasta and pick it up from the oven and serve.
