- 500 gr. small pasta tortellini or screws n. l. p.
- ¼ cup. olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Two dust. whole garlic
- 1-2 chillies chopped
- 1 ½ kg. peeled tomatoes
- 10 basil leaves or mixed fresh herbs
- 150 gr. grated Parmesan or pecorino
- 1 putter or mozzarella cheese or cream cheese
- 1 yogurt
- freshly ground pepper
How to make?
Heat the olive oil and saute the chopped onion with the garlic and hot pepper for 6 minutes over medium heat translucent without getting color.
Chop the tomatoes, add the onion, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
With the blender rod grind the sauce. Finely chop the basil sauce and pepper.
Boil salted water, add pasta, boil and drain. Put it back in the pot. Pour half the tomato sauce, and a handful of grated cheese.
Grease a baking dish, spread 1/2 of yogurt. Spread half the noodles, a little sauce, grated cheese and sliced mozzarella.
