  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 125 grams of margarine
  • 1/2 tea cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1/2 sweet spoon sugar
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 tea spoon instant yeast
  • 1 tea spoon mahlep
  • 1 water glass curd cheese (or low fat white cheese)

    For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon donuts
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

How is it prepared?

  1. Mix a little bit of instant yeast with a little warm water or milk.

  2. Mix the liquid materials before you till the kneading process.

  3. Add all ingredients except the dill into the mixed liquids.

  4. Add yeast, which you mix in a separate bowl, and start kneading.

  5. Once you have obtained a homogenous dough, add the dill and knead until all the mixture is evenly spread.

  6. Cover the dough you have kneaded and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  7. After resting, remove the pieces of walnut size from the dough and give them a flat round shape with your fingertips and put 1 tablespoon of cheese and cover it for half a month.

  8. Pour the baking sheet over the oven tray.

  9. Sprinkle sesame seeds and black sesame seeds on each of them after the egg yolk is poured.

  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 175 ° C oven.

  11. Serve after listening.
