Ingredients for hazelnut walnut bar recipe

For the bar

  • 200 g butter
  • Half a cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 2. 5 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

For the above

  • 200 g butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1. 5 cups of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cream
  • 250 g broken pecan walnut

Preparation of hazelnut walnut bars

  • For the bar, take the mixture in a bowl of butter and sugar and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla essence and continue to rumble. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add this mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
  • The dough you get is in the bottom of a bakery. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool.
  • Get a pot of butter, corn syrup and brown sugar on it. Cook the butter with stirring until meringue. Take it for two or three minutes, then take it out of the furnace. Add the cream and mix.
  • Spread the buttery mixture over the cooked bar. Sprinkle on the crumbled pecan nuts and bake for 25-30 minutes. Take it from the oven and let it cool. Stretch the film after cold water and wait for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator. Slice and serve.
