    For the base:

  • 38 pieces of oreo biscuit
  • 130 grams of melted butter (without salt)

    For chocolate filling:

  • 200 gram milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of bitter chocolate
  • 1 packet of cream

    For service:

  • 100 grams of strawberry
  • 55 grams of nuts (in varieties of your choice)

How is it prepared?

  1. Take the Oreo bushes to the rudder and get them in a coaster. Pour the melted butter over the oreo crumbs and mix well until the butter evenly disperses.

  2. Spread it on a tart mold and distribute it with the back of a scraper and with your hands if you need it later.

  3. While preparing other ingredients, stand in the freezer for freezing.

  4. In a small saucepan, heat the cream in medium-high heat for a few minutes. Do not boil the cream.

  5. Add chocolates into the creme that you get from the quarters and wait for 1-2 minutes. Then mix all the chocolates until they are dissolved.

  6. Remove the scales from the weighing pan and sprinkle with chocolate sauce and garnish with strawberries and cookies as you wish.

  7. Leave at least 2 hours or if you have time in the fridge overnight. Serve cold.
