  • 1 water glass of wheat
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 purple cabbage
  • 1 handful of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 handful of nuts

    For Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

Key point

If you wet the wheat one night before, they will cook more easily.

How is it prepared?

  1. Get a pot of wheat you washed and filtered. Add enough water to reach the top and boil them for about 20 minutes until the wheat softens.

  2. Soak the wheat you are boiling, wait for it to cool down, and take it deep into a salad bowl.

  3. Chop the purple cabbage thinly and add to the top of the wheat.

  4. Chop the hazelnuts roughly with a knife and take them to the oven.

  5. To prepare the grape; mix olive oil, lemon juice and a bowl with a bowl. Grate into garlic, salt and pepper.

  6. Take your prepared salad dressing and mix all the ingredients well.

  7. Slice the oranges you have separated and round them. You can serve your salad decorated with orange slices.
