- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- 100 grams of margarine
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 3.5 cups of flour
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 packet of vanillin
- 1 teaspoon orange raspberry rind
How is it prepared?
Take the room temperature margarine into a bowl. Add powdered sugar on top.
With the aid of a mixer, sugar is slightly melted and the ingredients are whipped to a creamy consistency.
Feed this mixture one by one by adding eggs.
Mix with orange juice, orange peel, and liquid oil on top.
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla sieving mixture and mix well.
Transfer the cake to the oiled cake. Bake for about 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree baking oven.
Take it out and eat it at room temperature, then slice it and eat it.
You can serve powdered sugar on it.
