- 2 fl. sugar
- 1fl. butter
- 5 eggs
- zest from an orange (soft)
- 2 vanilla
- 1fl. Orange juice
- ½ and c. baking soda
- 1 pack (115 g) mini stuffed biscuits
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500 g self raising flour of
- powdered sugar
- mini cookies stuffed
- all materials should be at room temperature
How to make?
Beat the butter with sugar for 7-8 to soften well. Add one egg, zest and salt. Dissolve the soda in orange and add it. Finally, add the flour.
Butter and flour well with a large ring shape or a 28 cm baking pan. Lay pasta on the base of the pan, empty the mixture and add the cookies.
At this stage we put the flurry. Bake in a well preheated oven at 170 degrees C with resistances for about 50 to 1 hour.
We check if it is baked with a knife blade. Allow to cool and peel off. Sprinkle or spread glaze and make the year with mini biscuits.
