- 5 cups of flour
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tea spoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 350 gr. feta cheese
- 1/2 bunch of parsley (chopped)
For the Internal Material:
- 150 grams of melted margarine
- 150 ml. liquid oil
How is it prepared?
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead to prepare the dough.
Separate it as 4 gauze and let it rest for 15 minutes.
After you have oiled all of a box with a mixture of oil and margarine, then fold it on both sides and replenish it again and repeat this process until the square shape is reached.
Put this folded dough into the other vase you open and fold it over again so that the whole area will be greasy.
Do this for the other 2 bezies in your hand. Relax 2 pieces of beverages in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Cut the rest of the dough into walnut-sized squares.
Shape your chests with your hand or with little rolls.
Place it in the middle of your spoon dough from the mortar you prepared with eggs, cheese and parsley.
Fold it from the edges.
Bake in the oven tray for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
