  • 3.5 cups of flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1,5 cups warm milk
  • 1 pack instant yeast
  • 100 grams of cold butter
  • 1,5 tea spoon powder sugar
  • 1 sweet spoon salt

    For inside:

  • 250 grams of french cheese

    For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk

Cooking Advice

You can differentiate the inside materials as you like, and you can sprinkle sesame seeds on them.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take warm milk, olive oil, dry yeast and powdered sugar into a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Then add this mixture of flour and salt. Start kneading.

  3. Get the beads of equal size from the dough you knead and leave tiny pieces of cold butter on them.

  4. Cover them and let them soak for about 40 minutes at room temperature.

  5. After you have meringue, press on them and gently open them with your hand.

  6. Add cheese to one side and close the other side and bring the roll shape. Then wrap and place the end-piece in the correct position.

  7. Put it on the oven tray in this way. After fermenting for another 30 minutes, cook them in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes until they are red.

  8. Take it out and enjoy it after listening to it at room temperature.
