for 4 people
- 600 grams of pods
- 2 medium onions
- 3 tablespoons olives
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cube of sugar
- 1 sweet spoon salt
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 bunch of dill
For the above:
Adding sugar into olive oil dishes and adding extra virgin olive oil after cooking will give you a taste of flavor. The duration of baking may vary depending on the size and the type of the peg.
How is it prepared?
Peel the onion’s shells and chop them in a thin, fine-grained form.
Peel the skin of the garlic and tiny tiny chops.
Take olive oil and onions into your tencer. Roast beautifully.
Then add the inner beans and roast for a few more minutes and add water, salt and sugar.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. This time may increase or decrease according to the freshness of your bean.
Relax the cooked beans at room temperature for a while. Take olive oil over the rested and warmed legs and serve it with a fine chopped dill.
