    For the dough:

  • 250 gram flour

  • 1 tablespoon instant maya

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 bunch finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon powder red pepper

How is it prepared?

    For the dough:

  1. Solve the Maya with a lukewarm water.

  2. Then mix all the ingredients needed for the dough and knead it well by adding the dissolved yeast. You should get a dough in the earmuffs consistency.

  6. Cook pastries cooked in this way at preheated 200 degrees for about 15 minutes in the oven and serve hot hot.
