Ingredients

  • 600 grams of okra
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 large sized tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1/2 slice lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cube sugar cubes
  • 1.5 cups hot water

How to make?

  1. Chop the onion and peel the tomatoes into small cubes you.

  2. Using a knife, clean the parts of okra without getting too deep. Wash okra you extract thoroughly.

  3. Medium olive oil into a pan, tomato paste and onion are taken. Saute onions until light brown.

  4. Then add the tomatoes and chop into small cubes. Mix well, then close the cover.
