Ingredients

  • 20 okra (preferably large and tall)
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 water glass of bread flour (corn flour according to desire)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon salt (can be reduced or increased)
  • 1 liter sunflower oil (for frying)

    To boil it:

  • 1.5 liter water
  • 1 tea spoon salt

How is it prepared?

  1. Carefully remove the stems of the raw materials and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes.

  2. Transfer the boiled fish to cold or iced water after removing hot water. Leave it for 2 minutes then filter.

  3. Thoroughly remove the water from the faeces with towel paper or a clean cloth.

  4. Put different flour, flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Take the ready-to-eat flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

  5. Bake in hot oil for 25 seconds and get a tray of paper towels to get the oil.

  6. You can optionally serve it with garlic yoghurt. Bon Appetit.
