- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter (without sugar)
- 4 tablespoons margarine (room heat)
- 1 teacup drop chocolate
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
You can prepare your cookies using dry nuts instead of drip chocolate.
How is it prepared?
Transfer margarine, powdered sugar and peanut butter into a container. Start with the help of the mixer.
Then add some vanilla extract.
Mix the oatmeal with the help of a spatula.
Add the drops of chocolate on top and mix again with the help of a spatula.
Cover with a stretch film and rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Take it out and shape it in small balls with your ice cream, spoon or hand. Transfer onto oven tray with greased paper.
Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes.
Take it out and drink it after it’s cold.
