New Year'S Chips With Flour


  • 1 chicken village
  • 1 kg of onions
  • 300 grams kefalotyri

How to make?

Boil chicken with onions, salt and pepper. After boiling, clean it with slices and bones and chop it. Open the three leaves and lay them on the baking dish, brushing them one by one. In the meantime, boil rice in the chicken broth for 5-6. Remove from the heat and pour into the chopped chicken, onions, kefalotyri, semolina, oil and eggs whipped. Pour the mixture into the pan where the leaves are laid, lay the stuffing with the spoon and pour the flour. Cover with the other two sheets, oiling them. Bake the chicken at 180 C for one hour.
