Ingredients

  • 1 package spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Neapolitan For the sauce:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (coarse ground)
  • 100 g parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to make?

  1. Put in a deep pot with water and allow to boil.

  2. After adding the boiling water, salt and olive oil, add the pasta and cook until it reaches the desired hardness.

  3. For Neapolitan sauce: Heat the olive oil and add to the pan. Tiny tiny chop the garlic and sauté in olive oil.
