Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 sweet sponge sugar
  • 3/4 cups warm water
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 3 steaming dinner spoon yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 sweet spoon salt

    For the above:

  • 5 tablespoons melted butter

How is it prepared?

  1. Mix the yeast, warm water and sugar in a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Open the middle of a large plain oatmeal. Add yogurt and oils.

  3. Then add the rest of the yeast and salt and knead well.

  4. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature.

  5. Then divide into eight equal beige. Lightly knead it with the aid of a roller and open it to a medium thickness.

  6. Bake in a warm pan until the browned forehead eye is clear. Soak in melted butter over warm hot and consume with good taste.




Service Offer

Dilersen can also be served with garlic butter.
