- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 1 sweet sponge sugar
- 3/4 cups warm water
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 steaming dinner spoon yogurt
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 sweet spoon salt
- 5 tablespoons melted butter

How is it prepared?
Mix the yeast, warm water and sugar in a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Open the middle of a large plain oatmeal. Add yogurt and oils.
Then add the rest of the yeast and salt and knead well.
Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
Then divide into eight equal beige. Lightly knead it with the aid of a roller and open it to a medium thickness.
Bake in a warm pan until the browned forehead eye is clear. Soak in melted butter over warm hot and consume with good taste.
Dilersen can also be served with garlic butter.
