How is it prepared?
Boil the mushrooms that have been cleaned for about 5 minutes in boiling water as a whole. Transfer the mushrooms, which have scalded, to the icy, cold water after draining the water and leave for about 5 minutes.
Cut the dried onions and garlic into small pieces. Cut the husk out so that the tomatoes you pick up will match the onions.
Cut the green peppers thinly cut from the middle into two and remove the seeds.
Fry the olive oil in a pan with a broad base. Sauté onion and garlic until color. Add green peppers and tomatoes, stirring in sequence.
Divide the boiled mushrooms into two or four pieces according to their size and add to the saute mix.
Add the sauteed mixture you added the fungus; flavor with salt, pepper and cumin. Take 3 or 4 minutes of high heat and then take it out of the furnace. Serve warmly and share it with your loved ones.
