- 500 grams of mushroom
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
If you destroy the fungi, they will attract the dirt and lose their original taste. So it is very important to delete it. If you constantly mix the fungi while cooking, they can release their water and leave a different flavor.
You can also cook it by adding meat or different vegetables.
How is it prepared?
Remove the stems of the fungus. Wipe the mushrooms gently with a wet cloth or paper towel.
Cut the mushrooms, which are beautifully wiped, in a slightly larger form so that they are not too thin.
Put an iron cast or non-burning sticky pan on the oven. Open the sausage and add olive oil to it.
When the olive oil is cold and the pan is well warmed, add the chopped mushrooms. Take the medium fire and sprinkle a small amount of salt over it and let it cook for a while.
Take care not to confuse it after the first shot. When one side has a slight change in color, stir and add the butter on it.
Sauté with slight stirring. Add the grated garlic on top.
Take an average of 10 minutes of slow cooking time at the end of the cooker and add salt, black pepper. Serve it.
You can add grated parmesan or cheddar cheese, dried red pepper and finely chopped green onions.
