- 4 tablespoons (crumbling) butter
- 3 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 cup water
- 200 grams of wire cheese (according to wishes colt or tongue cheese)
How is it prepared?
Melt the butter in a skillet and bring the foamy consistency without burning.
Add the corn flour while the butter is hot and roast the corn flour in medium heat.
Mix the mixture of water and milk in a separate saucepan and heat.
Slowly add the hot water and milk mixture onto the corn flour and butter and continue mixing.
Add the corn flour and milk mixture on the wire cheese as the consistency starts and the bottom of the oven is shortened.
Make small touches to melt cheese without much intervention.
After the cheese has melted, mix all the ingredients in the pan.
