- 1/4 fl. coconut oil
- 1 orange (organic – warm)
- 1/2 fl. Orange juice
- 1 big egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1½ fl. gluten-free flour
- 1/2 fl. crystalline stevia
- 1 and c. baking powder (e.g., c.)
- 1 and c. baking soda
- 150 g chocolate without chopped sugar
How to make?
For chocolate muffins, preheat the oven first to 160 degrees C, in the air. Butter a dish with 12 pouches for muffins.
Cut the orange (after washing) in the middle and then half every 4 pieces. With a sharp knife or scissors, remove the white fibers that join the orange slices. We remove the edges.
Put it in the blender with oil, juice, egg and salt. We grind them and become cream.
Put in flour, flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and mix with spoon. Make a puddle in the middle and add the wet materials. Mix gently, just join (do not mix the mixture to get a fluffy effect).
Add the chocolate. Mix gently. Fill the pouches by 3/4 and bake, brown, for about 20-25. They are cooked when they are pressed to the top and are restored.
