You can also use margarine instead of butter. You can adjust the amount of salt you add to the cheese according to the salt ratio.

How is it prepared?

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the cheese and butter with a fork and mix well.

  2. Add other ingredients besides flour and finely chopped parsley and mix well.

  3. Add the flour slightly and knead well and get a soft dough that sticks to the light hand.

  4. Cut pieces of walnut size from your prepared dough, roll them with your hands, and place them on a oven tray with oil-laid paper.

  5. Beat the egg of one egg nicely with a pinch of salt and use a brush to crawl over the prepared poultry.

  6. Sprinkle donut seeds on top.

  7. Bake for about 25 minutes until the tops turn red in a preheated 180-degree oven. Serve warm or cold.
