- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 125 grams butter at room temperature
- 200 gram white cheese (oily)
- 3 tablespoon yogurt
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon liquid oil
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 3.5 cups of flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon donut
- 1 pinch of salt
For the above:
You can also use margarine instead of butter. You can adjust the amount of salt you add to the cheese according to the salt ratio.
How is it prepared?
In a deep bowl, mix the cheese and butter with a fork and mix well.
Add other ingredients besides flour and finely chopped parsley and mix well.
Add the flour slightly and knead well and get a soft dough that sticks to the light hand.
Cut pieces of walnut size from your prepared dough, roll them with your hands, and place them on a oven tray with oil-laid paper.
Beat the egg of one egg nicely with a pinch of salt and use a brush to crawl over the prepared poultry.
Sprinkle donut seeds on top.
Bake for about 25 minutes until the tops turn red in a preheated 180-degree oven. Serve warm or cold.
