  • 2.5 cups fine bulgur
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 sweet spoon salt

    For domestic spending:

  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 1 tea spoon flake pepper
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

    For soup:

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 grams of chopped meat
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 4 cups water
  • 1,5 sweet spoon pomegranate sour
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 1.5 sweet spoon salt

Key point

When you have made the mini kettles you have prepared, do not stick to each other and then lightly light. Always rest in the closet for 15-30 minutes in a closed manner to prevent large and small roasts from being opened while cooking. If you want your dough to have more consistency and tastiness, you can add battered meat to the mortar.

How is it prepared?

    For domestic spending:

  1. Take the onion and olive oil to the pan. Roast beautifully.

  2. Then add the ingredients and cook for 12-15 minutes. Open and mix.

  3. Then add tomatoes, salt and spices to the oven.

    For the dough:

  1. Grab the semolina, coriander bulgur and hot water into a deep bowl. Rest for 15 minutes in a closed position.

  2. Then put all the ingredients in it and knead it well.

  3. When the dough is in consistency, divide it into two.

  4. Lightly wet your hand with water. Make a piece of tiny sidewalls. Fill the inside with the mortar you prepared and close it.

  5. Roll the other part into tiny pitchers.

    For soup:

  1. Roast olive oil, tomato paste and meat. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes with the lid closed.

  2. Open and add water. Add pomegranate sauce and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

  3. Then add the roasts and cook for 10 minutes on a low heat.

  4. Add boiled chickpeas, salt and lemon and cook for 10 minutes more on low heat.

  5. Then take it from January and serve hot hot. Bon Appetit.
