Items for mini tiramisu kook recipes

  • 100 g butter
  • 90 g bitter chocolate
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons filter coffee or espresso
  • 3 tablespoon coffee liqueur
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 250g of
  • 1/4 sweet sponge relief tozu
  • 1/2 sweet chopped carbonate
  • Salt

Mascarpone cream

  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 sweet spoonfuls of sugar
  • 250 ml cream

For the above

  • Cocoa

Preparation of mini tiramisu ties

  • Heat and melt in butter, chocolate, sugar and coffee sauce. Get the noodles for the cold. Add egg and milk and mix. Stir the flour and add remaining material and mix. Pour the dough into muffin molds and cook for 20 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven.
  • For the mascarpone cream, whip the egg whites thoroughly with sugar. Add Mascarpone cheese and beat with a mixer for a few more minutes. Beat the cream until it solidifies in a separate bowl. Add the egg yolks you have separated in a deep mixing bowl with a pinch of salt until it solidifies and add to the mascarpone cream. Keep the creme you prepared in the fridge. Fill it in a squeeze bag and squeeze over your cold cakes and serve it with cocoa.
