Ingredients

  • Three fillet pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 ml. P. Parsley
  • 1 ml. P. Mint chopped
  • 2 Tbsp.. Oil
  • 2 ml. P. Yoghurt
  • 1 ml. P. Balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sprigs rosemary

How to make?

1. Cut the chicken into small cubes and put them in a bowl. Beat in a blender the onion, tomatoes and spices until mashed. Finally add the oil, yogurt and vinegar. Mix well.

2. Salt and pepper and pour the sauce on the chicken. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (12 hours is ideal).
