Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 water glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon liquid oil
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 glass of flour

Key point

If you have problems with consistency, you can add 1/2 cup of flour.

How is it prepared?

  1. Break eggs into a bowl and beat them nicely.

  2. Continue mixing well by adding water and liquid oil on it.

  3. Add flour and salt to these liquids. Beat it beautifully.

  4. Cover the container with a stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

  5. Lightly lubricate and heat a medium-sized pan with a non-flammable flat surface.




  6. Pour 1 bucket of the mixture you have prepared and turn the pan to spread it beautifully, and make sure to do this quickly.

  7. After a surface has been planted, turn it over and cook the other surface. Perform this process for all the spending.

  8. Eat the crepes you prepared.
