- 1 cup semolina
- 2 water glass milk
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (according to your desire)
The powdered sugar can be increased or decreased at the desired level.
How is it prepared?
Firstly sugar is cooked with milk and sugar is heated as much as melted. The bottom of the oven is closed.
Then grind with oil and semolina until another tencered grits reaches the desired rennet.
Add the mixture of wheat and sugar to the grits
It is left to steep for 10 minutes. It is then served.
It can be served with coconut and cinnamon.
