- 6 pieces of chicken budu (boiled)

How is it prepared?
For gravy sauce, fry butter and edible onions in a skillet.
Add the flour on lightly roasted onions and continue to fry the flour until browned.
Slowly add the chicken juice over it and add the spices and mix it continuously.
Smooth and serve with the help of a thick mixer or strainer.
Blended boiled chicken with salt, powdered red pepper, chili pepper and thyme.
Cut the length of the dough into two fingers thick.
Roll up the puff pastry strips, starting from the bottom down.
Place all the dough in the oven tray after the chicken has absorbed it.
Sprinkle the egg yolk with the help of a brush and sprinkle sesame seeds mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Serve with gravy sauce.
