Melomakarona With Beer


  • 1 glass of oil
  • 1 glass of beer
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 Mr. soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 p
  • zest with 1 orange
  • flour c. as long as it gets (about 1. 200 g)
  • For the syrup
  • 1 glass of honey
  • 2 glasses of water
  • For the garnish
  • walnuts (moderately sharpened)

How to make?

For easy melomaking with beer, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix by adding the flour until the dough is easy to make and soft. Dice the melomacarona and bake in a medium oven at 170 o C for 20 to 25 to be fluffy.

For syrup : Boil water with honey for 5. When the melomacarona is cooled, syrup in the warm syrup and sprinkle it with the shredded nut.
