- 1 cup marasfas (pre-soaked overnight)
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 sweet spoon pomegranate sour
- 1 sweet spoon salt
- 1/2 pieces of lemon juice
- 1/2 bunch of dill
If you overcook too much of the beans, it will be shattered. Boiling for 10-15 minutes will suffice.
How is it prepared?
Soak the mache facade one night in advance.
Boil the beans for 10-15 minutes.
Drain the slice thinly.
Cool the boiled beans.
Mix the scalloped bean jam and pomegranate beans in a glass bowl.
Mix another pomegranate sour, olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
Mix the sauce you prepared with mash beans. Add the finest chopped dill and your salad is ready! That’s it, enjoy it!
