Marinated Pork In The Hat With Citrus And Potatoes


  • 2 pounds of pork leg
  • cut into portions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 10 large potatoes

  • 2 oranges (juice)
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

How to make?

From the night before, place the meat in a refractory or glass utensil.
We get the garlic here and there. Pour with olive oil and citrus juice. Mix and cover.

Let them marinate all night in the fridge. The next day we clean the potatoes, wash them and cut them.
We lay them on the hat, put the pieces of marinated pork on them and pour in the marinade.
Salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and bake in resistance on the last grill. Bake for 3/4 hour without lid. Then mix lightly. We try the salt, it may take a little longer. Cover the hat and continue baking for another 2 hours.
