Ingredients

    For the base:

  • 500 grams of pistachio
  • 1/2 water glass melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cardamom

    For the pudding:

  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 500 ml. milk
  • 1 tablespoon vaniline

How is it prepared?

  1. Put pistachio, melted butter, powdered sugar and cardamom in a bowl. Knead it beautifully.

  2. Stretch the film to the base of a debt and transfer the half of the fortune and press it firmly.

  3. Get two pieces of this money and rest in the refrigerator overnight.

  4. Transfer all ingredients of the pudding into a pan and mix until the consistency to obtain pudding.

  5. Spread the pomegranate pudding on top of the resting pistachio layer. Sit on the other floor.

  6. Rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Remove and slice, serve with raspberries and ice cream.
