- 250 grams barks
- 2 carrots cut into cubes
- 1 fl. corn frozen
- 150 grams raw broccoli divided into bunches
- 3 eggs cooked and cut into four
- 10 olives
- 1 kg d
- 2 fresh onions finely chopped
- 3/4 ph. mayonnaise
- 2 kg of mustard
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
How to make?
For macaroni salad with vegetables and egg, leave the corn for 15 minutes to thaw. Boil the pasta in salted water. We strain and cool them under the tap that runs. Let them drain and while they are inside the colander, pour them with minimal olive oil. Stir.
Put the flesh in a salad bowl and add corn, carrots, broccoli, eggs, olives, dill and fresh onions.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. We beat them with fork and pour the macaron salad. Stir well and serve the salad cold.
