Lentil Salad With Quinoa And Tuna


  • 1 fl. lentils
  • 1 fl. quinoa
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 fresh onion chopped
  • 1 lb. Parsley finely chopped
  • 3 kg of mayonnaise
  • 1 tonne pack in drained water

How to make?

If you do not find a queen to do with lentil salad with quinoa, use a groat to soak in water for 10 minutes.

Rinse the lentils and boil them in some water for 20 minutes at low heat, taking care not to spoil them. Drain and allow to cool.

Rinse the quinoa, drain it in a strainer and put it in the pot with two cups of water.

Cover and just boil, lower the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes to soften. Drain and allow to cool.

Remove the cucumber seeds. Cut it into small frames. Put in a bowl. Remove stalk, fiber and pepper seeds and cut into small frames. Put them in the bowl and add all the other ingredients.

Stir well and pepper. Serve the salad cold.
